WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

Check-in is at 3 p.m. local time.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?

Check out is at 12 p.m. local time.

Late check-out is offered based on availability on the day of your departure. An additional fee will be applied to departures after 2 p.m.

DOES THE TENNESSEAN HAVE A CONCIERGE?

Yes! Our concierge is available 24/7 and can assist you with information, reservations, and tickets to any of Knoxville's fantastic attractions.

WHAT PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE TENNESSEAN?

On-Site Parking:  THE TENNESSEAN offers valet parking exclusively for $35 per day, which will be charged to your room.

Off-Site Parking:  Self-parking options are available at public parking lots and garages throughout the downtown area.  Their published rates will apply.

WHAT IS THE TENNESSEAN'S PET POLICY?

While we love all of our animal friends, only dogs are permitted at the hotel. There is a 50-pound weight limit for dogs staying at THE TENNESSEAN and a flat $100 pet fee per stay. Guests are responsible for any damage, interruption of other guests, or failure to clean up after the dog. 

A dog bed and water bowl can be provided to you upon request.

WHAT IS THE TENNESSEAN'S SMOKING POLICY?

THE TENNESSEAN is a smoke-free property. If a guest is found to be smoking in a room, a fee of at least $250 will be charged to the guest, plus any additional cleaning costs necessary. 

ARE ROLLAWAY BEDS AVAILABLE?

Yes! THE TENNESSEAN offers rollaway beds upon request for those in rooms with a king bed and suites. Just contact the front desk to have one sent up.

We are also happy to provide cribs at no additional charge.

UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE FOOTBALL WEEKEND

During weekends that the University of Tennessee Volunteer football team (Go Vols!) plays at home, the full deposit for the reservation is required 30 days prior to your stay and is non-refundable. Also, a minimum 2-night stay is required Friday-Saturday.

DOES THE TENNESSEAN HAVE A TESLA CHARGING STATION?

Yes! Our Tesla High Power Wall Connectors add 58 miles of range per hour to Model S, charging the vehicle overnight and replicating the convenience Tesla owners are accustomed to at home. 

ARE THERE ANY BARS OR RESTAURANTS IN THE HOTEL?

Yes. The Drawing Room offers delicious seasonal menus and crafted cocktails. Room service is also available to all of our rooms. There are also a variety of places to eat or get a drink around THE TENNESSEAN, which is right in the heart of Knoxville.

DOES THE TENNESSEAN HAVE A POOL?

No, THE TENNESSEAN Hotel does not have a pool. 

DOES THE TENNESSEAN HAVE A GYM?

Yes! Our fitness center is located on the second floor and is equipped with state of the art equipment. 

WHAT IS THERE TO DO AROUND THE TENNESSEAN?

THE TENNESSEAN is located in the heart of Knoxville, which means there are countless things to do around the hotel. During your stay, you can taste the local flavors, take in a show, explore museums, and much more!

WHAT KIND OF TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE?

We offer a Black Car service as well as an Executive Cart within a three-mile radius of the hotel.  Service to and from the airport may be provided for a fee of $75.00 each way.

WHAT IS AN URBAN AMENITY FEE?

A one-time fee ($15.00 plus applicable tax per room per stay) will be applied to all reservations. The Urban Amenities Fee includes: Property-wide high-speed internet access (in both public and private spaces), unlimited local and toll-free calls, fitness room access, Executive Black Car service within 3-mile radius, Executive Cart service to nearby destinations, Evening Relaxation Ritual Amenity, Daily turndown service.
